Der Absender schreibt im Brief vom 15.2.1945:

... leider sind wir aber von allen Landverbindungen abgeschnitten! ...

Die Einheit wurde vermutlich vom Kampfbereich Heiligenbeil-Königsberg auf die Frische Nehrung (Halbinsel) verlegt (siehe Abb.2).
